S/Y Celeste of Solent

S/Y Celeste of Solent is a 65-foot cruiser/racer that has sailed the world’s oceans since its launch in 2003. She holds the highest safety classification (MCA Code 0). S/Y Celeste of Solent has crossed the Atlantic several times, sailed more on the North Sea than any other sailing yacht, and has also visited Iceland and Svalbard. Now it’s time to explore new seas.

Crew

S/Y Celeste of Solent is always manned by crew holding Master of Yacht (Yacht Master with commercial endorsement) qualifications. All have many years of experience sailing aboard. Several crew members are also instructors for Master of Yacht.

The Sailing Experience

As a sailor aboard Celeste of Solent, you become part of the team and participate in everything from steering and navigating to cooking. On longer routes, we sail in shifts where you are on watch for three hours and off for six. On shorter routes, there are no watch shifts, and everyone aboard participates continuously. You can choose to relax, sunbathe, and read a book or be active and learn more about sailing and navigation, etc. You decide your adventure.
